The TOPS Program Agriculture and Natural Resource Management (ANRM) team held a capacity strengthening event in Mutare, Zimbabwe. At this event, the ANRM team introduced the Resilience Design in Smallholder Farming Systems approach to USAID Food for Peace-funded project staff and their farmers, and other organizations and ministry staff.

This video documents the capacity strengthening event, and provides a brief introduction to the Resilience Design approach, which focuses on improving soil and water health through better pattern and land understanding, and through building farmer capacity to design more resilient farm sites.
