Advanced Training Workshop in Results Measurement for Private Sector Development
This unique 4½ day workshop will bring together experienced results measurement practitioners to share lessons learned, solve common problems, exchange practical approaches to address identified challenges and build a supportive network. It will be designed based on challenges, issues and cases identified by participants and will prioritize interaction and peer learning. Participants will have opportunities to share specific problems, successes, tools and approaches with workshop colleagues. Based on input so far, we expect that topics may include results measurement for complex interventions or sectors, such as skills development, tourism, services and manufacturing, developing pathways for systemic sector level changes, and how to assess them at market and target beneficiary levels, as well as how to ensure that sector and intervention review meetings lead to using information for decisions.
The workshop welcomes practitioners who are Results Measurement Managers or Specialists in PSD programs or specialized consultants providing support in results measurement to PSD programs; applicants should have at least 2 years of experience with applying the DCED Results Measurement Standard in practice.
