Climate Information for Nepal’s Farmers: Findings from a Participatory Assessment in Rukum, Surkhet and Doti
In partnership with the Food for Peace-funded PAHAL program, SCALE assessed the effectiveness of climate services in Far- and Mid-West Nepal, examining barriers to information access and use from multiple sources including the government's Agriculture Management Information System (AMIS).
The approach for this assessment was adapted from the Participatory Climate Information Services Systems Development Methodology developed under the USAID-funded CISRI project. Tools and guidance available here.
