The USAID/Office of Food for Peace (FFP)-funded TOPS Program held two days of capacity strengthening workshops in Maputo in September 2011. Sessions were led by TOPS technical specialists in agriculture, nutrition and food technology, monitoring and evaluation, and social and behavioral change.
