Implementer-led Design, Evidence, Analysis and Learning RFA Now Available
The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance (DCHA), Office of Food for Peace (FFP) is seeking applications from qualified institutions to fund a program entitled Implementer-led Design, Evidence, Analysis and Learning (IDEAL) through the award of one Leader with Associates (LWA) Cooperative Agreement. The closing date for applications is August 9, 2017 at 11:59 AM EDT, and questions and clarifications are due by July 14, 2017 at 11:59 PM EDT.
