Open for Review: Draft Associated Documents for USAID/BHA Emergency Application Guidelines
USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance has released Draft Associated Documents for USAID/BHA Emergency Application Guidelines, which are now open to review:
- Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) Indicator Handbook
- BHA Abbreviated Scope of Work (SOW) Guidance for Final Evaluations
- BHA Abbreviated SOW Guidance for Baselines/Endlines
- BHA Baseline Report Suggested Format
- BHA Indicator Tracking Table (ITT) Suggested Template
These documents will be used in conjunction with the BHA Emergency Application Guidelines and represent an effort to streamline required documents from the former Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance and former Office of Food for Peace.
Please note the titles and some terminology has been updated to reflect BHA, however, the content is largely unchanged. There is additional guidance in the BHA Abbreviated SOW Guidance for Baselines/Endlines that may be new to partners. The reduction of indicators in the BHA Indicator Handbook is in direct response to partner feedback. BHA strongly recommends a close review of the introductions and annexes as they may address potential questions.
All input and comments on these documents should be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org by September 27th, 2020 at 5:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time. Please reference the document name and the page number that corresponds with the input or comment. Your feedback is appreciated and will be incorporated as we finalize these documents. The final documents will be posted to the BHA website following the review period.
