The Commodity Quality Feedback Loop is a mechanism for Food for Peace (FFP)-awardee field offices to document and report potential issues with the quality of food aid commodities after receipt overseas. FFP uses these reports to identify potential problems and issues that may require future monitoring and/or a response. During this event, participants learned about the steps for reporting a commodity quality incident, which will help FFP provide assistance on appropriate follow-up measures to mitigate further deterioration of the commodity.
