The CAFE Manual is designed to be used during the consortium development process to check for organizational compatibility and to plan for how consortium members will work together during the consortium.  Holding annual workshops using the CAFE manual was a recommendation arising from the session on consortium management at the FSN Network Maputo meeting. CRS staff worked with seven partner organizations including: World Vision, Emmanuel International, CADECOM Malawi, Save the Children, CARITAS Lesotho, Africare and the Salvation Army to create this manual.
