This is an interactive Microsoft Excel-based decision-making tool to help determine if evaporative cooling devices are suitable for fruit and vegetable preservation in a specific context and to guide the calculation of potential financial savings. The tool outputs information about the suitability of evaporative cooling devices for various times of the year and estimates the financial savings that a device might provide.
