Gender and Commodity Management: A Field Guide

This brief guide confirms that gender affects the management and distribution of food commodity, both within the managing organization, and between the organization and commodity recipients. It outlines good practice that Commodity Managers and their staff can follow to ensure that all parties enjoy equal and safe access and opportunity.
