Selection, Planning, and Management (SPM) of Income Generating Activities (IGAs) is a training course for semi-literate participants of the VS&L intervention. It has been designed for participants who are interested in starting up IGAs in the drought-prone districts of Zimbabwe. This training module was adapted from CARE International in Uganda’s Joint Encouragement of Gainful Activities (JENGA) Project. It is currently being implemented in many CARE missions including Bangladesh and Kenya.
