USAID FFP Policy and Guidance for Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting for Development Food Security Activities

The USAID Office of Food for Peace (FFP) released the final draft of its Policy and Guidance for Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting for Development Food Security Activities in December 2016. 
This document clarifies and updates the FFP M&E requirements provided in FFPIB 1102, FFPIB 0906, FFPIB 0907, FFPIB 0702, and FFPIB 0701 (updated). It explains the essential components of an M&E plan, such as theory of change, LogFrame, IPTT, baseline study and midterm evaluations, as well as presents FFP's M&E requirements and expectations from the applicants and Awardees of FFP development food assistance projects.
