This past week we held a Web event with member of our NALAN group on integrating gender and social and behavioral change into ag-nutrition projects.
For those of you who weren't able to join us that day, you can access the presentation materials and view a recording of the Web event here:
During the Web event, we heard examples of what two organizations are doing to achieve integration:
- Ramona Ridolfi and Erica Khetran of Helen Keller International presented their approach to gender with HKI's nutrition projects in Bangladesh.
- Sam Goff of Food for the Hungry (FH) shared the approach that FH uses to develop social and behavioral change curricula for farmer leaders on food security projects in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
I think those of you looking for concrete examples of integrating gender and SBC into your food security and nutrition projects will find the recording worth checking out.
