This event was a session at the Food Security COVID-19 Learning Event.

This session presented how COVID-19 caused a major shift in the way organizations and activities collected and utilized data, resulting in a major adjustment to monitoring systems. Many challenges and resultant solutions were found, and being able to share those with other implementers will help to focus learning for any future shocks or similar situations. This session will focus on those challenges and adjustments with participants working together to create a document listing priorities and practical steps that can be implemented to continue important monitoring, evaluation, and accountability activities that will allow for organizations to learn and improve in the face of future shocks like COVID-19.
