This webinar is the second part of a series highlighting the importance of innovative solutions in food safety, and their applicability to low- and middle-income countries, specifically in traditional markets and along the food value chain. In this session, speakers will share on the application, implementation, and practice of innovative solutions for food safety, including highlights from finalists of the EatSafe Innovation Challenge. A special focus will be on traditional markets, a setting where most people in low- and middle-income countries access fresh, nutritious food. In the first part of the series, participants learned about consumer-centered approaches to food safety research.
