This blog introduces Fear Forums, an approach for building psychological safety within teams that was adapted and used by the USAID BHA-funded Maharo RFSA implemented by Catholic Relief Services (CRS) in Madagascar. The blog describes how the implementation of Fear Forums helped build trust among Maharo staff members, improve communication, and foster a stronger learning culture within the activity.
