Developing A Learning Agenda

A learning agenda is a prioritized set of questions directly related to the work that an organization conducts. Answering these questions enables an organization to work more effectively and efficiently. Prepared by USAID/Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, this brief provides a broad overview of the key steps involved in developing a learning agenda. The brief is accompanied by three worksheets that can be used as a guide for planning the development of a learning agenda.
