Save the Children and J-PAL, in collaboration with Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA), have designed and implemented an experimental impact evaluation to learn about the impact of the cash grant on the success of microenterprises created by Venezuelan migrants. This two-page brief provides background information for this evaluation, in addition to the evaluation details, purpose, audience, and next steps. This brief is part of the Evaluation in Action series by the Humanitarian Assistance Evidence Cycle (HAEC) Associate Award. This series highlights ongoing and recently completed impact evaluations from around the world.
