This endline evaluation was conducted over a period of five months in the final year of PRO-WASH. It examines the outcomes of the PRO-WASH Associate Award with particular focus on the internal delivery dynamics, service delivery mechanisms, and management practices established through the Award. The evaluation focuses primarily on learning, by examining the range of factors influencing participation, utilization, training uptake, and relevance among target audiences.
