Food Aid Quality Review (FAQR) Phase III Resources
Led by Tufts University Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy and funded by the USAID Office of Food for Peace (FFP), the Food Aid Quality Review (FAQR) has released several reports as a part of their FAQR Phase III Outputs.
FAQR seeks to provide USAID and its partners with actionable recommendations on ways to improve nutrition among vulnerable people for whom the direct distribution of food aid can make a significant impact. The project integrates the latest science on the nutritional needs of beneficiary populations across the developing world and a growing understanding of the role of specially-formulated commodities in meeting defined nutritional needs.
