This free introductory course focuses on capacity strengthening approaches. The course teaches participants to identify different learning preferences and delivery approaches, to understand the roles of facilitating, coaching and mentoring and to develop an awareness of user-centered learning. In addition, participants will learn how to plan and deliver learning to different audiences. Participants will receive a facilitation guide as part of the course.

Provided on the training platform Kaya, this course will roughly take 90 minutes.
