Lessons Learned in Developing a Digital Advisory Tool for Agriculture Extension Officers in Uganda
This report shares lessons learned from Action Against Hunger's Sustainable Optimization of Agricultural Production (SOAP) Project which sought to develop a digital advisory tool that extension workers in Uganda could use to access information on improved optimization of farmland to be more productive. It highlights project design and assumptions, approaches and innovations, and key recommendations from reflection events and exercises conducted during and after the project.
