Making the Critical Connections between Climate Resilience and Inclusive WASH

This report presents vignettes of the activities and outcomes of a variety of Water for Women projects in Asia and the Pacific. It also outlines recommendations from the partners for strengthening climate resilience for inclusive WASH at different levels, recognizing that achievement of climate-resilient, inclusive WASH depends on gender and socially transformative practice in the WASH sector. This collection of experience demonstrates that the WASH sector is already well-positioned to integrate strategies to increase climate resilience and that inclusive WASH can, and should, be the foundation of an inclusive, climate-resilient future.
