This report evaluates the Refine and Implement (R&I) Stakeholder Consultation, co-hosted by IDEAL and Program Cycle Support (PCS) on August 30-31, 2022. The Stakeholder Consultation provided a forum for USAID Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA) and implementing partner (IP) staff to collaboratively seek solutions to R&I challenges, agree on recommendations and preliminary action plans, and bust myths in a safe learning space where all could share diverse ideas.
