Supporting Longer Term Development in Crises at the Nexus: Lessons from Cameroon

This report contributes to a broader multi-country study focusing on the role of development actors in addressing longer-term needs, risks, and vulnerabilities within the humanitarian-development-peace (HDP) nexus, particularly in the context of the Covid-19 response. It provides valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and academics seeking to understand and navigate complex crises, drawing from Cameroon's experience of transitioning from stability to concurrent crises over the past five years. The study is part of Development Initiatives' program of work on the nexus and aligns with the objectives of various international initiatives, offering practical recommendations for development actors engaging in crisis contexts worldwide
