The Triple Nexus in Practice: Toward a New Way of Working in Protracted and Repeated Crises
Commissioned by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with support from the government of Norway, this review assesses the implementation of the "new way of working" introduced at the World Humanitarian Summit in 2016. It targets UN partners involved in humanitarian and development collaboration, particularly those engaged in the Joint Steering Committee to Advance Humanitarian and Development Collaboration (JSC). The review aims to evaluate early changes in behavior and approaches at the country level, identify opportunities, showcase good practices, and provide recommendations to overcome challenges in implementing the new approach.
