When deciding whether or not to train your staff in the use of the Designing for Behavior Change (DBC) approach, a number of questions may be considered to help make the decision. This guide aims to help Program Managers decide whether or not to send their staff to a workshop and whether or not to adopt the approach in their own program by explaining the DBC approach and its purpose, how the DBC Framework can be used in a program, and the logistics of implementing the DBC approach. The guide goes through seven questions to explain these key points and includes helpful annexes and links to further reading.
