Multipurpose Cash Assistance  Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning Toolkit

This multi-agency package includes tools and KoBo survey templates for monitoring and evaluating multi-purpose cash assistance (MPCA) programs. It is aligned with the Grand Bargain Cash Workstream initiative to standardize MPCA outcome indicators across sectors. With funding from USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance (BHA), all of these tools were piloted at the program level and refined based on feedback from a wide range of organizations. It is endorsed by several agencies including Save the Children, IRC, and Mercy Corps.
