Practitioners Toolkit: Humanitarian-Development-Peace Coherence
![](/themes/custom/fsn2020/assets/img/transparent.png)
This toolkit draws from research that explored the topic of humanitarian-development coherence (HDC) in the education sector in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, with a particular focus on three cases: Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen. This research is pioneering, representing a significant milestone for the sector in taking HDC from theory to operationalization. It provides a roadmap for practitioners to take the notion of HDC from theory to implementation. It provides practical suggestions to support dialog between implementers, local decision-makers, academics, and donors on the topic of HDC.
