Pre-Implementation Learning Sessions for Institutional Memory: Lessons from the Kickoff of BHAKARI
This case study describes BHAKARI's use of institutional knowledge from its predecessor projects. Before beginning implementation, BHAKARI hosted a series of learning sessions on the takeaways from its three predecessor projects: PAHAL, SABAL, and MRED. These sessions allowed BHAKARI to build on the learning from previous projects and to avoid facing similar issues. The learning sessions helped a wide range of stakeholders involved in the program understand what worked and did not work in previous activities.
