The Sphere Handbook
The Sphere Project was launched by a coalition of NGOs and the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement with the objective of creating universal minimum standards in key areas of humanitarian response, resulting in the development of The Sphere Handbook. This handbook is designed to elevate the quality of humanitarian response during disaster and conflict scenarios and to bolster the accountability of humanitarian actions to those affected by crises.
