InterAction Step by Step Guide to Addressing Sexual Exploitation and Abuse

This is a step-by-step guide to assist InterAction members in developing and implementing policies to prevent and respond to sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) of beneficiaries and vulnerable members of the community in countries where members work. The intention is to make the process easily understandable and applicable to one’s own organization so that any staff person at any organization can pick up the guide and use it to get started—or to enhance and expand on what they already have in place.
